Maplesoft Consulting: Announcement of Organizational Changes

Dear Client, Consultant & Valued Partner,  

As of April 1st, 2008, Jody Campeau and Carl Napert have assumed 100% ownership of MSC Maplesoft Consulting, Inc.  

Jody Campeau takes over as the newly appointed President & CEO of the organization while Carl Napert will continue in his present capacity as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  

By announcing this change of ownership and executive management, we want you, our client, consultant & valued partner, to share in the first of many exciting and significant milestones which not only will ensure our continued success as a leading Professional Services organization within the National Capital Region, but will also provide an invaluable framework and foundation for establishing our Nationwide presence moving forward.  

With this new corporate direction in place, you will immediately begin to notice the positive impact of some very significant changes.   These changes will include the opening of further offices in established and emerging markets, the addition of further employees to increase service delivery to our valued clients and an overall increase in contract opportunities from a broader range of clients from different and varying verticals.  Furthermore, Maplesoft will strive to develop its business model around workable solutions for viable contracting options through supply arrangements and other strategic means.  

Moving forward, our sole corporate objective is to be ‘The Premier’ provider of Professional Services across Canada and what better way to get there than by building on the tremendous success we’ve had to this point.  

Over the past year alone, Maplesoft surpassed the $30 Million dollar threshold in revenues while increasing its overall value in the National IT marketplace by again being ranked as one of the top IT Professional Services organizations on the highly respected and regarded ‘Branham 300’ report.  With posted growth of 45% over the previous year, Maplesoft enjoyed a significant climb to #127 in the rankings amongst the top 300 IT Professional Services organizations across Canada.  

In parallel to the strong numbers posted through fiscal 2007, we have made great strides in introducing and executing a new direction for the organization through the implementation of new corporate initiatives and a clear ideology that will immediately lend itself to establishing the National presence we so passionately speak of.    

Simply stated, we want to elevate Maplesoft to the highest standards in service, delivery and corporate responsibility, to make each and every one of you proud to work for and be associated with Maplesoft; an organization that cares for you and works for you.
